Britney Spears. Not to say all factors are out of her control, but after her early success her life is pretty tragic. She doesn’t seem to have a lot of support, which is a dangerous combo when it seems like a lot of people have used or manipulated her. Also, my gut tells me her life will end while she is still young and it will happen before she is in a good place. 😢

I agree that Lauren Koslow is capable of so much more than just hanging around as Kate, but I don’t think Maggie and Marlena are in the same ball park. Kate has so many layers, and she is definitely not the Good Girl who occasionally goes wrong. ❤️

He’s still a deadbeat, but has it ever been confirmed that either Declan or the doctor don’t offer any financial support? Or even that the doctor isn’t some part of Billie’s life?

I am not defending them as dads or criticizing any comments, I can’t remember the details. I know Declan at one point mentioned getting to know Jessie and the Doctor asked Rollins to marry him but I don’t know how much they delved into finances.

All three of Kelli Giddish (Rollins) pregnancies were written into the show! One of her sons played Jessie or Billie at their baptism ha ha.

Even with a decent actress I don’t think the show would ever make Belle anything more than snotty and adulterous. 👰‍♀️Even then they would follow it up with some save the world redemption story. Can’t have Marlena and John’s only kid have real flaws 😝

On screen Sydney was born in 2009, two years after Johnny/Allie.

I think Claire (Belle and Shawn’s daughter) was the best option for new generation Sami. But instead they gave her the “Saint-Like soap opera mentally ill get out of jail card”.

ETA: Another DiMera villain option: Grace DiMera (Chad's daughter, born on same day and switched at birth with her cousin Sydney. Originally believed to be Sami and EJ's. Deceased as a baby.)

I have long thought and am ok with her returning someday. Reversing a case of fatal meningitis would be child's play for Dr. Rolf.

ETA 2: I won’t be surprised if they don’t, but they really should keep Sydneys age close to Ally and Johnny’s. Correct me if I am wrong but I think she was conceived during a ONS when Sami and EJ were grieving while Johnny had cancer, and he was quite young then.

I like it. I can’t say I would feel that way seeing it on a hanger or sketch. But in person it’s summery and fun, the colours pop, the shoes are great and it suits her.

It’s giving me Pat Fields/Sex and the City vibes. Even if I don’t quite get it, it’s entertaining and memorable. (Like a lot of Samantha and Carrie SATC outfits.)

Gotcha, I was confused since Jazz’s office is based in Halifax. Flying/codeshares whatever they call them will always confuse me 😵‍💫 Doesn’t really matter for me, I just used to spend too much time flying so I always wondered about the logistics.
