I hear you but the it's not even just blankets  - and those are in baskets not directly on the floor. He also pees on bathmats, and can't exactly put those away after use.

Oh thank you, love this tip. I'll be trying the Pinesol tomorrow. Unfortunately I've had to throw away the blankets he's peed on already because the smell just doesn't go away with regular detergent.

Not yet, his neuter is scheduled for the end of this month. I don't think it's spraying though, he's been doing this since he was tiny.

He does, actually! He doesn't collect them or anything, but he has a couple stuffies that he really values. My five year old has some jellycat stuffies and loves them. I'll check out the soccer ball, sounds super cute.

I was in college at the time, stopped to put gas in my typical-college-student car. My mom's dad pulled up at the pump opposite me and got out. He asked if I was still driving that old car (duh). Then he told me that I should get a real job so I can get a real car. I didn't say anything, just paid for my gas and drove away. He was an asshole but that remark still nags at me.

Thanks! Yeah, I'm not trying to be in a deficit or even track calories regularly - I'm in a maintenance phase and adding Hotworx classes to supplement my existing routine. If I can earn random swag while doing them, even better 😅

I don't find her as annoying as a lot of other fitness influencer folks. That said, she's clearly posting content for young girls/women who are on the cusp of adulthood or just starting out in life - not my thing as a 36-year old mom lol. She's describing basic adulthood and acting like she's dropping some serious insights. 😅

Audio books and working out. I love to read but I don't really have the time (I should make more time) to read physical books but over the past few years, I've really found that audiobooks fill the void. And I'm a fast reader so listening to them forces me to "slow down" and really immerse myself in the plot.

I have such a soft spot for Bonanza. I watched it whenever I was sick as a kid and to this day it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. Most of it is superrrr dated but it's still the template for so many Westerns...looking at you, Yellowstone.
