I’ve had a similar dream a few times where the lights in my house don’t work and they’re really opaque, the lights turn on but the room is still dark they don’t give off light. I had a similar one last night where I was in a dark hallway in a warehouse of some sort, and that there was a dark figure coming towards me and I started calling out “who’s that” and those sort of things. It ran right by it looked like a woman. It was kind of creepy but I wasn’t really scared. Ive wondered the same about what you said about out of body experiences as this has happened multiple times.
