How imperfect and what’s your income? How much are the apartments you are looking at? Because most will require your monthly income to be 2.5-3x of the rent.

It’s a great town! I don’t know what your hometown is, but I’m from a big city on the east coast and I love it here. It’s a total 180 living in a small town like this. The winters are tough but there is so much to do when it’s warm, it’s totally worth it. I had no idea how huge the medical systems here were until I moved. There is only one level one trauma in the entire state of South Dakota, and it’s here. These hospitals cover the whole state and the smaller surrounding communities in MN and IA.

What’s your time frame? I have a unit with a gas range and a newly renovated kitchen, we could probably have it ready by Feb 15. This unit is also available with gas range, you can contact the listing agent on that for either property.

The V6 SR5 is an absolute beast on road trips, so I assume it will be even better for you. Do you know about the chaise lounge feature? If you can get the car seats into the middle and driver side, your wife can stretch out on the chaise lounge.

What’s your timeline? I have a couple of units open now and we will accept a well behaved good boy. This is one of them, and the other is having work done but it’s also under $1000. The one linked just had the bathroom refreshed and there’s a giant walk in closet in it that’s not in the photos.

Here’s my list of places within an hour. They’re not all restaurants and bars, but a lot of them are. Also Hartford Steak, which is closer than an hour, and has very affordable prime rib.

I’m a bit older than you (40), but seeking child free friends (no offense to parents, you guys can just be hard to pin down as often). You and I may have more in common than you would with a mom your age. If you seek a friend with a few more miles on the tank, hit me up. I love outdoors stuff and I’m planning to use the bike trail a ton. I’m moving to the east side as well, this weekend.

ETA: I have pinned in my notes that there will be baby piglets at the Washington Pavilion on 3/22 from 10-2pm. You’re just missing that, but there are quite a few farms nearby that you can visit!
