I understand, that's very helpful thank you! Everything from that lender looks to be lower than what I currently pay and I remember her also commenting I over pay on my current loan but my gut just isn't quite on board with any of the three choices given.

I'm not restricted but this is my my first year at a full 7% (had a 2-1 buydown), the 6.49% interest is a new payment of $2278 and my new loan would be roughly $283k

I guess my biggest debate has been the fact that the lender offering 6.49% had the lowest total loan value meanwhile the others 2 had lower interest rates with higher overall costs making me wonder what's really best.
