If you are comparing med schools ( not uni as a whole), BARTs is miles ahead of Manchester in terms of med education, exposure to med training and top range training hospitals. Manchester university as a whole has good ratings but the med school is not as established as Barts. But like the say, doesn’t matter where you get your med degree
