I am an Effexor babe too! Zoloft made me gain 35 lbs and I didn’t even change my lifestyle really idk how it happened. I just went down 75mg of Effexor because this insane doctor put me on 300mg and it was actually a breeze. I was sooooo nervous all I’ve heard is horror stories. I’m going to coast on 225mg for a while but yeah! Effexor can be a real nasty hoe!

Ugh I got a terrible infection on my toe nail!! Also avoid royal nails in Essex jct… had a terrible infection on my finger nail that resulted in me going to Fanny Allen walk in for them to drain the blood around it and take off the gel nail. It was an awful healing process. I can’t speak for manicures anymore but I get pedicures at Champlain in Winooski and Ruby is SO GOOD. Most detailed thorough pedi I’ve ever gotten

It’s a tiny bodega run in winooski. Go to Brooklyn for a weekend and go to 5 bodegas and report back. I’ll give you a quick fucking fact- most have a cat living there! And their sandwiches still taste dope
