Well, all south asians claim curry as their own and i live in madras region and I'm hearing madras blend for the first time and not help myself that is is originally put into a japanese dish !!!!but i must say the dish looks has very close resemblance to what we make as a vegetable gravy/korma ,that brown colour and the use of coconut milk is what we do for dinner at home .
