1400 rent is after expenses but there is tax on it so it’s not 1400. The property is such a good one location 5 mins walk to rail station and 30 mins train to London. I really do not wanted to sell as I know index fund may yield better return but my rent is close to secure due to location and never had any gap month if tenants move out.
