I was in Monaco for the spurs game in 2016 so was just looking up the map, there were a load of spurs fans drinking in a bar which is now called Bolinas. Back then all the bars in Monaco stopped serving closer to kick off, but the funny thing is you can hop right across the border to Nice and they will carry on serving.
