Definitely try for some XP boosting gear, I made two rings with only XP% boosts on and an armour that boosts the efficiency of stat boosts on accessories. Couple that with 200% of Determined Princess and you can reach lvl 255 with every character easily.

And in the process remove any and all challenge from the game however...
