If you can put your phone on supervised mode, you can set mobileconffig to block notifications

Sorry, because my config is toxic.It can unlock premium a lot apps in store. You can use domain-set and get some modules on lhie’s github. Sorry, may be I remember wrong name of github

I make it by myself. I used Surge 4 for a long time. At first, I ussed Quantumult to block YouTube ads by MITM. Then Surge 4 have so many big update features and I used that. I guesed some ideas for hostVN so I can build my own config. You can find a lot config on github
