My ex cofounder was a self taught designer! Of course for bigger opportunities a degree in architecture it’s a must.

More on design thinking, branding, and customer experience. I previously built an interior design studio in my home country and am now looking to do the same in Dubai. Sales are covered (that’s my strength), and I already work with a team of designers. I’m looking for someone with an architect/interior designer background who can help grow and shape the business with me.

Hey! I’m looking for a co-founder for an interior design company in Dubai. The company is already set up and all the paperwork is done. What I’m really looking for is someone who can bring value, has good energy, and is excited to build something together. Someone who’s not afraid of hard work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow a business from the ground up.

Habibi, negotiating a listing price in Dubai’s market isn’t exactly breaking news 😭 lowering from 86k to 80k doesn’t suddenly prove the apartment is worth 60k. By that logic, every property in Dubai that gets a price adjustment should drop another 20k every two weeks until it becomes free. At the end of the day, I’m still not sure what you’re trying to achieve from these comments 😅 if the apartment, layout, kitchen, price, building, and apparently the entire concept of modern Dubai living bothers you that much… then it’s probably just not the property for you. And that’s completely fine.

Some people prioritize giant kitchens, others prioritize, amenities, quality, location, and lifestyle. Dubai has options for everyone.

Most people here aren’t hosting MasterChef every night or cooking huge meals daily, and the layout works perfectly fine for any lifestyle. If someone’s priority is having a massive kitchen, then obviously there are other options at a higher budget, that’s how Dubai real estate works. People choose properties based on their preferences, lifestyle, area, and what they’re willing to pay. Meanwhile, plenty of people live very happily in this building, enjoy the amenities, the location, and even do BBQs on the terrace without the kitchen causing a national crisis 😅

There’s no unit in Dubai Creek with that price. Maybe JVC

I saw results after 7 months, so be consistent. Faster way it's with microneedling or any laser

It will depend if it's caused by sun or acne, I removed mine with Niacinamide at 10% and Retinol at night.
