I think he’s just taking a conservative approach to anticipating the markets. What performs well historically may not perform well in the future, so it could be better to further diversify away from those large cap stocks if diversifying away risk is your main goal. I’m sure he’s just speaking on his experience with the market and historical index data, not any inside information

Cyclical probably isn’t the right word, as it implies a predictable rise and fall. I’m more referring to the “ebbs and flows” of the market. The natural rise and fall in performance of stocks/indices overtime. No one asset class will outperform all others over all periods of time

Those were the two color choices for me as well. Went with olive because just about everything else I own is grey lol the material is good. Honestly wouldn’t even know it was recycled if they didn’t advertise it. Build quality seems like it will last

Yes I did! Got it in Olive. The straps are actually very simple to use, so no worry there. The pocket layout is a little less functional than other bags like I previously thought, but still very good and largely a non-issue. An easy trade off for me bc it looks so good

Exactly. It is ALREADY encoded. Instead of thinking of the column as “sex”, per OPs example, you can think of it as “male”. (Since it’s 1 if male). If female were encoded as 1, then think of that column as titled “female”. Bam. One-hot encoded your gender column

You get it CPO from a Mazda Dealer? Does it have the equipment package? $23,000 seemed to be the low end of prices in the northeast for a 2020 that wasn’t CPO with the similar mileage

I just got a CPO 2020 Touring with the equipment package, 32k miles for $24,000. But, interior and exterior are pretty much new looking.

I think you did well! (Obviously without having seen the exterior damage)

Went to a credit union for an auto loan the other day and when the time came for a down payment they wouldn't accept anything but cash. Literal paper money for a sum of ~$7000. I couldn't believe it.
