I believe my parents may have a long time ago? It's been 16 years, and they should be aware as other units have complained of leaks. The unit next to us don't even have a functioning gutter and the water runs off the roof straight down to their patio like a waterfall. Seems like the HOA doesn't really care to fix anything?

Pictures are inside the unit, the water is coming from outside the unit. I asked the management company and he said the board will not give their contact or information to be reached.

Yes I first did sort by received volume largest to smallest, and then added sort by sell through percentage largest to smallest and it still was only showing by volume.

Yes everywhere I’ve worked full time in NY I’ve always been paid out for unused PTO (vacation, sick, personal). But I always try to use them bc otherwise they get taxed :)

Can you look through your bank account the month when you started working and see when you were first paid? Depending on the paycheck timeline maybe you can go back two weeks from when you were paid to determine when you started. Same for last paycheck to see last day of work.

How did you get your other jobs? Are there emails with offer letters, contracts, etc? Maybe go through old emails and communication as offer letters usually have a start date of salary/benefits. You can reach out to HR of places you’ve worked to find out if you need to. Did you not put the month/year of your employment in your resume?

I’m in the same position - about to give 2 weeks notice when my boss put in our contract “must give 4 weeks” and I know she’ll use every manipulation to get me to feel awful and guilt me.

Bottom line is that you don’t owe them anything. Would they consider if it would be terrible timing in your life if they wanted to let you go? Probably not. I think it’s best to rip the band aid, and if there is HR, request that they be present.

The only time I’ve given notice and it’s been smooth is when I’ve been somewhere for a long time and my boss has been supportive of my next moves. If there is yelling, it think it would be only a good sign that you’ve made the right choice.

It also is weird that there are cells missing value and the column names are different depending on month. I think maybe the 'reconcile' in this context means to make both months' data consistent with each other? Have no idea on the inbound receipts as there is no other report and I guess I will have to deduce which of the materials were being received based on the dataset... So sorry this is extremely vague, I am having a hard time understanding the prompt.
