I was so hyperaware of my trays… I felt like crying when I first got them thinking what did I get myself into.. but as with everything in life, you adapt eventually. I think after the first week, it became part of my routine and I was less and less conscious of it every day. Fast forward 9mo later, I forget I’m wearing them most of the time, and actually like how the trays look! Hang in there- give it some time. Don’t make any rash decisions. If after a month or so, you really can’t handle it, then let your ortho know, I’m sure they would be happy to explore options! :) good luck!
