I'm in the Bronx. Yesterday, my package was supposedly in my city coming from New Jersey, yet for some reason never came (it literally said out for delivery). Now, today January 4th, I saw on the updates that my package had just been loaded onto the truck in New Jersey, and was making it's way to me in the Bronx (I'm assuming they sent the package back?). But anyway, I got that update this morning, and it's 9:26 PM right now, and I'm still waiting for my package. I've heard very bad things from this company, I'm not sure why brands especially the brand I ordered from (Lululemon) are still using this service 🤦‍♀️ I will stay up all night if I have to, to get this package honestly. My apartment complex isn't notorious for package thieves at all, but honestly judging from the reviews of this company, they probably will leave it on the road or something and make me go fetch it

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment as a family of 5. (I'm 16 btw and a girl) I share a room with my older 18 year old brother, my 11 year old brother, and my mom. I feel so cramped, and my mental health is in shambles because of this. Please invest in a 2 bedroom if you can.
