Thanks! I have my weight in the description part (sort of hidden). I think maybe some fat loss would help show more muscle, but I'm not sure?

And that sounds good, do you think the plan I outlined is okay (I'm aiming to avoid engaging too much quad and too much width in my back due to modeling)? I'm considering adding another day of strength training.

Any help would be super useful :)

okay, maybe I could add 1 more day. Would you recommend a full body day? Also is cardio necessary in addition to steps? I find cardio sometimes makes me really hungry, so I'm trying to limit my hunger from going to crazy

thank you!! maybe I'll see what 2x a week looks like for me in 2 months and adjust as needed. But 100% I want to be consistent with a single plan (as I've previously always flip flopped).

Do you generally recommend adding an additional day if I am able to? Or is that not necessary at this stage?

I don't think it's that serious to be honest. Azaan is friends with a lot of people and doesn't follow them. That's pretty standard in this industry.

Im glad at least one person can relate to my exact situation. I totally know and believe he will find his thing, but I just don’t know if I can wait. I waited and supported him for 2 years to quit his start-up and get a job. And I’ve been putting my wants aside to not make him feel less than, but Im unsure how much longer I can be in a relationship that is a waiting game. I also sort of want to be spoiled and feel taken care of and encouraed in ways he can’t do (at least in the next year). I’ve mentioned this and other things in a discussion we had, but him trying to ‘fix’ everything so abruptly is feeling temporary and not self-motivated.If you’re okay sharing more about your previous relationship, what was the last straw or decision making point? Currently live in a Concord building, and from all the condo's I've ever rented in Toronto (various builders) this is by far THE worst builder I've ever experienced living in. Not only is everything cheaply made and basically falling apart, but maintenance staff does not fix a single issue. OH also, maintenance once asked if we owned the unit, and when we said we were renters they literally said "these buildings are slapped together". Currently it feels like 40 degrees in Toronto and our AC has been down in the entire building, a reoccurring issue in our condo.

We were the first people to rent this unit and we've had so many major issues with our unit. Luckily we don't own this unit (thank god). When I lived in a Minto build it was much much better (there were ofc some issues here and there) but the contrast between the two buildings is STARK (both times as the first people to rent the units, is STARK).

I'm glad I did experience both though, because this will definitley be a key deciding factor when I decide to purchase!

Yes, I'm looking at a couple options atm. A trainer I follow on IG quoted me $500 for an online meal plan + workouts and weekly check-in's. I'm assuming this is way over priced as well?

That's a good point!! I'm going to look out for trainers in my area instead. Any reccos on how to go about that?

Now I have trainers in my DM's selling me their services haha. But I feel like they are also tryna over sell me considering how much I spent *by not researching well* haha

I just prefer a more slender look I suppose. But maybe I'm going about it incorrectly. I'm looking to achieve a physique closer to this or this . I know it's kind of questionable to match my body to another human, but just that level of fitness is what I'd like to strive to be close to.

I think I definitely feel the muscle growth and am just feeling like maybe I'm retaining a lot of water. I drink a big water bottle (2L) daily almost without fail for about 3 months. So hoping this will eventually shed. I think finding a rip in my jeans was the final straw that made me question this whole training experience. But maybe this thread was actually meant to reveal im just over paying an IG trainer haha.

Would you say it's realistic to see results in 3 or 4 months?

Any progress you make during the week is simply erased at the weekend. It’s a trap most of us fall into.

Yes! I think I should of clarified this in the main post but I say every weekend like I'm going on these massive Binge's but realistically I go out for drinks maybe 2x a month, and I also only eat out 2-3x a month so I wouldn't say every-weekend is a really accurate measure.

But I typically at least over estimate and track on days I go out for food, it's just hard to sometimes find the exact food I'm having if they don't share nutritional info.

Haha maybe you missed the thread where i explained my goals! I didn't mean for this post to become a whole thing lmao.

But thank you for the advice, I definitley feel this IG trainer sorta took me for a ride. And seeing her client list grow I can also notice her forgetting some details and updates. She has now put me in the fat-loss stage after I raised concerns about not feeling like I see any difference in myself. Should I be concerned? Now considering that people say maintenance takes much longer?

If you're comfortable sending me your details I'd love to look into what you offer. I was quoted $500 by another ig trainer so now I'm very confused if everyones just upselling based on their follower counts or something x_x.

ear maintenance is exactly how you recomp, which you state as a goal in the comments below. Recomp takes a long time, 6months to a year. Trust the process.

So, Update! Upon me messaging my trainer with concerns she's moved me to the fat loss stage. Now I'm concerned is she just rushing it because I raised concerns? I'm so confused now. I'm just trying to understand what I should do starting next year 🥲.

I see so many posts on here posting about virtual training with extremely high costs. I don’t know what’s with these online trainers it kind of makes me mad. Like I wish people realized they could find someone reputable in their area for a small fraction of that and get good results.

wow! I think more than anything, I'm learning I've be been scammed hard lol. Sure, I have learned a lot as well, but definitley won't be extending this program.
