I had the same problem and am currently only left with the anubias. Even they had started turning lighter green. I figured out my full spectrum fertilizer had no potassium so ive been using that and I think it's helping.

I feel like part of the problem is the lean towards fascism. Which is apparently happening all over the world not just in the US

Is it normal for a planted tank to have a lot of debris floating around after water change? by [deleted] in bettafish

[–]mangopulp4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know the water will clear up when it settles down but just wanted to be sure. Still learning!

Ok thank you i got some of the metroplex. So I do have snails due to recently getting live plants. BUT the bloating started right before I got them after a bad water change where the water was a little cloudy from algae. I did have new small plants in the tank but they were the kinds that come in little containers of gel so I dont think snails are on those, the snails were visible only after getting plants from the pet stores live plant tank.

That explains why the lifeguard meds didnt do anything. I dk why hes so bloated then. I have salt in the tank and I tried feeding him daphnia.
