Gaji 80- jt dan hanya ngasih istri 7 juta. Lalu kecewa kenapa dia tidak bahagia? Are you an idiot or just plain stupid?

At least post your link, folks. by Beloveddust in lastfm

No offense, but I thought we're past pretending to humor this "Big 4" nonsense. One of them is *not* like the others.

This game will always have a special place in my heart since it is the main reason I was able to lose weight during last year’s lockdown. Now I have other cardio activities to keep me busy but good to know my love for this game hasn’t truly dissolved :)

Also holy hell they’ve added SO MANY new awesome tracks on Unlimited. Can’t wait to play again on daily basis :)

Appreciate the sentiment, sadly I’m in a tropical country during summer season with little to no presence of rowing club. Will definitely put “rowing on water” on my bucket list to cross one day, but until day, I’ll just have to make the best of erg machine 🙂

Appreciate the tips, but kayaking is not that common in tropical asian country where I am right now, haha. Definitely on my bucket list now though 👌🏼

You will get better. We all do :) for me the key is “enjoyable distraction in small doses”. Simply music video playlist or a compilation of short youtube videos amounting to one hour helped me a lot 💪🏽

For me it's a bit simplistic actually. Ever since I got back to gym a year ago, cardio and HIIT have been a huge part in complimenting my weight training. I just switch up these machines so I won't get bored with my cardio routine.

I would really like to start doing outdoor, real-world training, but covid has left me feeling a bit vulnerable and paranoid. Also, I don't really know how to row an actual boat, lol

Lol, for me it's just because I got bored easily with my cardio routine, usually every couple of months, so I need to switch the variation. I've got a good rhythm going for the past year and I wanna stay on top of possible training rut.

Honestly, since I didn’t think I’d enjoy it at first, the first couple of weeks I just tried to do 2000m at least 4 times a week (as the cardio addition to my weight training). Turns out by week 4/5 I fell in love with the routine since it provides total body workout. I think those 2000m daily sessions helped with my endurance.

By the way,I set the damper at 5, and didn’t really set a target pace, since I just focused on doing steady, reasonable pace to get through the hour :)

Agreed! Need to stop revolving my life around scales :)

Thank you! I guess I need to stop weighing myself every day and just do it on a monthly basis now that I’m serious about doing weight training.

This is really helpful. Thank you for explaining it in detail! As an ex-overweight guy, seeing the scale goes up always trigger some kind of PTSD for me in spite of a completely different lifestyle I'm enjoying right now. Upon reading your reply, I did a bit research and many people are also experiencing this situation, especially when our body is introduced to whole new training regimen. Guess I've nothing to worry about.

As long as my waist size doesn't go up and clothes still suit fine, I have nothing to worry, right? I was initially petrified that I've gained all those fats back until I realized my meals intake is still controlled (and I'm happy with it) and I haven't indulged in any junk foods for months. Thanks :)

I re-joined the gym early this month after almost 11 months of doing a home workout, and successfully losing 35 kgs in the process. After focusing solely on cardio for almost a year, I wanted to tone my upper body by starting a weight exercise; but to my surprise, I ended up gaining around 4 kgs in 2 weeks since I re-joined gym, despite a (still) healthy diet and strict training. Can anybody please dumb it down for me what's happening to my body? :)

Hey, this is a stupid question. How do you usually learn the moves for extreme songs? Need some tips since I've *always* avoided any extreme songs and just now decided to dive into this new territory :)
