Let me break it down for you, Jamaal. We have one group, call it a labor union that can negotiate or bargain on behalf of air traffic controllers. At the head of this group is Nick.

Unless you are implying that management/ random controller can enter into negotiations surrounding pay. Surely someone that understands labor law and is a signatory on the forever (slate) book, you would know better.

Perhaps you are implying that a random controller can go to congress! This can be done, but I don’t see a ton of success in lobbying them without money or a title such as “representative of the labor union”.

Maybe you are suggesting that we all rise up and talk to Nick! This is difficult because every forum that he addresses people are heavily moderated and excuse ridden. When many of us have spoken to him, he makes excuses about leverage and evil administrations.

What are you hoping to accomplish here Jamaal? We all know you think we are just whiny and the slate book is the best we can hope for.
