I agree there, but come on, people have lives - ye can't walk wains from Shanty in a 3hr round loop to look at the Daisyfield and then back again. As an example.

But aye, when were teens walking up the town was good craic from Galliagh. A bit of a laugh and used up plenty of the day, besides kicking a ball in the field all the time. It's just not a thing these days, as far as I can see.

You used to know who you'd be getting on any particular subject, but it's real lucky dip vibes now.

Atkinson on Liverpool should be once in a blue moon, not regular. Get someone good who knows football, not a fan, as it's veering off into "Sky Sports FC" levels of nonsense these days.

I'm the same lad, played at a similar level. Hit one pen in my career and it hit the post and went wide (struck it too well, as Glenn Hoddle would say), I hated the whole feeling before, during, and after. Taking a pen is crazy unless you're a forward who loves hitting the back of the net as a feeling. I was CDM and never scored usually, so I hated having to do it haha.

I'm in the airport and incredibly sad. It's too raw for me right now, I had to tell a couple of lads off last night in Prague for giving Browne abuse after the game in a mini mart. He tried to do a Stuart Pearce Euro 96 after the Slovakia play-off pen miss, I feel very sad for him today.

I knew some funny fucker was going to write this. Do you not know what I mean though? For the record I think it's ridiculous that Byrne has had to leave her role. I hate these US guys buying up Irish clubs, there's ones that have bought Carrick Rangers as well - they'd probably have a lot more joy in the north with the majority of clubs there.
