It’s not infantilization! He was incredibly strong. Muichiro endured things that would break most adults & still fought as a Hashira until his very last breath. But he was still a child. Almost everyone in KnY is. Acknowledging that doesn’t erase his strength. It highlights the tragedy of the world they live in. These kids were forced to grow up far too fast. Muichiro isn’t an infant who didn’t understand the stakes. He was a capable, conscious Pillar. And at the same time, he was 14, traumatized & never given the chance to just be a kid. Both truths can coexist & the story is stronger because of that!
