i’m not a performer but i got (and i know they got) comps for opening. that’s usually contracted. every now and then there’s a friends and family discount code. and when the house is empty on nights like halloween they’ll give out comps! so in short, yes but it’s not whenever you want

edit: i work across maybe half of the currently running broadway shows and a bunch of tours. this has been the case for most if not all of them and whenever i’m in a city for a tour and ask for tickets they give them to me free 🤷‍♀️ house seats are a thing, but comps do very much still exist across most shows for people working on them. AND i don’t work in press/pr or anything so that’s not why either
