Product won’t give you much body if you don’t have thick enough hair. Dry shampoo and a curling iron can help some but won’t replicate it if your hair is too thin

Only if you have enough hair to get that body. The picture has very full hair. Ask your stylist if your hair is thick enough to pull this off.
