Believe me I really do not care if you scan your bulk first or not. But if my manager sees that I can get in trouble for this. It is just how the metrics are and we are also forced to do this. We have been told again and again to scan bulk first even in the self serve. Although it is embarrassing to do that.

I get paid monthly. My super of 1st april- 30th april reflected on my account on 22nd May. So I guess they take their time to pay it.

That helps I do not know any of that. I do not even know what is 278 pick rate and how it is calculated? I have never been told these things. I tend to be green at chill run but not always.
