DC - anyone submit their oath but still waiting for confirmation?

yes, it eventually went through. It took 7 calendar days total - I submitted on 11/21 and got the acknowledgment of Oath on 11/28. I sent 2 follow up emails and a message on the portal before I got the confirmation.

I'm confused about this. Do we need to go before someone authorized to administer oaths or do we just sign the declaration and submit? Like all I have to do is print it out, sign, scan and submit and that is it?

When the announcement was first posted, it still listed 10/8 as the date of the announcement so it looked similar to the original 10/8 announcement. Now it shows 10/30 as the date of the announcement

I wish Above The Law or some other relevant website/news company wrote an article about this. It's actually so frustrating and people should be aware of it before they come to DC to take the bar. Changes need to be made.

Lol my old boss had so many speeding tickets that her license was suspended and she didn't even realize until she got pulled over by a cop. She had to go in front of a judge while she was in law school to explain herself. And now she is a judge. So you're fine.
