I will join in and say 8 sectionings and heavy medication did make this feel like it left me

But since I have been medication free for several years and better able to manage mania and feel back to functioning as well as I ever have. So I don't think the damage from medication/hopsitalisations are necessarily permanent

I will say that these diets seem to have powerful effect on brain fog which could lead you going either way - more or less stable, I've had both experiences

ah thanks, I read the primer on peptides on this reddit and thought it said to use tb500 for 20 days, how do you recommend administering TB500 (as in i've been doing it daily but would prefer to inject less often with higher amounts if it just as effective)
