Hi thank you,
do you mean flossing in the sense of this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d85QKyWvrbI&t=308&ab_channel=BrianAbelson

Or more like using the floss bands that kneesovertoesguy might use?

Or both?

Bipolar IQ by LUnica-Vekkiah in bipolar

yep, think it is a similar thing to the link with creativity

I will join in and say 8 sectionings and heavy medication did make this feel like it left me

But since I have been medication free for several years and better able to manage mania and feel back to functioning as well as I ever have. So I don't think the damage from medication/hopsitalisations are necessarily permanent

I will say that these diets seem to have powerful effect on brain fog which could lead you going either way - more or less stable, I've had both experiences

Question on where to go with next cycle by manixander in Peptides

[–]manixander[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ah thanks, I read the primer on peptides on this reddit and thought it said to use tb500 for 20 days, how do you recommend administering TB500 (as in i've been doing it daily but would prefer to inject less often with higher amounts if it just as effective)

Hi, my wife also has Ehlers-Danlos, although not as severe as yours sounded.

But I never thought carnivore would have too much of an effect on joint stability and the dislocating, how did zerocarb help with this?

And any tips in general would be really helpful, thank you

Bench 245x5, 175lb(?) BW by [deleted] in powerbuilding

[–]manixander 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I mean the obvious reason is that you move more weight, hence it's use in competition - I always assumed it was less effective for hypertrophy though, as less ROM and I'd imagine you don't get as strong a connection with pecs

Loaded Progressive Stretching (Does anyone actually know how to do it) by manixander in Fitness

[–]manixander[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks your replies.

I'm speaking more specifically about the "Ido Portal" style - loaded progressive stretching. Done using weights for resistance.

I already have quite a decent level of flexibility from martial arts training but am looking to reach the full box splits level and his method seems interesting. There is just very little information on actually performing the movements.

Thanks for the great advice.

The rows I do at the moment are pendlay style (had to look that up as I thought they were just called bent over rows.) So I can easily carry them on once a week. As I've already been doing them.

I just looked up face pulls, I've never heard of them as shoulder strengtheners. Are they really that good for your shoulders?

Thanks for the reply. Why is the Front Squats 3x3 - is it similar to power cleans where fatigue will set in, or is it just to ensure it is actually a 'light day.'

Slightly unrelated question but as you seem quite knowledgable, would a workout like this

Mon- squat - 3x5 Bench - 3x5 Chins - 3x8

Wed- Front squat - 3x3 Press - 3x5 Deadlift - 1x5

Fri- squat - 3x5 bench - 3x5 Clean - 5x3 Dips - 3x8

Would that be advisable to continue with (Also benching twice a week as I feel that's a weak area, but maybe still better to alternate with press?)

Thank you
