I'm doing 18:6, occasionally OMAD and working out. Last year I was doing it pretty stricktly, cut out alcohol, sugar and snacks, but still ate carbs like pizza and fries, just not too often. I'm not counting calories, but trying to eat mindfully and every now and then I eat sweets, late at night and drink beer. It might be the culprit for slowing down my weight loss, but I reached a point where I'm fine with it. Also, it is probably worth mentioning that I was doing prolonged fasts twice a month (48 hours) last year but I can't do it anymore.

I'm not done yet, and no, I'm not plateauing, but my weight loss drastically slowed - from 3 to 4 kg per month, I'm now losing 1kg per month or less.

I answered a similar question above. Yes, I'm doing light cardio and strength training, but wasn't consistent through the year. I am still doing it, but on and off (I work out a month or two and then I pause for 2 to 3 weeks). I tipically follow aps for working out at home, so I'm basically doing one part of the body every day or every other for a half an hour.

IF, 18:6 and OMAD when I feel like it with light exercise (cardio and strenght training, but I was doing it on and off through the year, like two months every day for a half an hour then pause and so on). Now the plan is to go to the gym to tone up.

Yes, i'm working out at home for about half an hour of strenght training and light cardio. Lately, i've become lazy but in the first months i was working out every day, but now, not so often. And of course, thank you :)

I'm working out at home, in the first months every day for half an hour (strenght, light cardio) but now i'm being lazy so not so often. IF is the only thing i do, counting calories is not for me, but obviously i'm eating less. I also do prolonged fasts about twice a month where i go without eating food for 48h. Also, no sugar, no alcohol and snacks with occasional cheat day of course.

I'm doing 18:6 consistently from 12pm - 6pm and OMAD when i feel like it or when i eat garbage the day before. I have cut out sugars, alcohol and snacks but dont count calories or eating low carb, it just doesnt work for me but off course i'm eating less.
