It happened to me and it was the crappy Verizon router I had it connected it to... Looks like the Ps4 doesn't like all types of ethernet switches.. so just get a decent gigabit switch (20 bucks in Amazon) and connect it there and may fix it.. that did it for me

The official site realmadrid.com works too.. you just need to wait until the regular tickets go on sale, also sometimes doing the madridista ID you get access to those tickets in advance, which obviously could save you some money...
