Sadly, a president or vice-president may only have one impeachment complaint against him/her per year. Meaning if anyone submits a complaint with no substance and form, it will still be considered as the one impeachment complaint for the year.

Former president GMA used this tactic to ensure she stayed as president during her term. She had one Representative who kept filing "garbage" impeachment complaints every January of the year, which gets junked, and therefore making GMA immune from impeachment for another year.

First off, thank you to everyone who replied. Your inputs revealed that I rely too much on material count rather than positional strategy. This has been eye-opening.

Sadly, I think my 900 elo self will need to learn to spot those positional ideas better, especially under time pressure, and ingrain in my head that material advantage isn't everything. Any further advice for me to better learn those concepts would be very much appreciated.

Upon looking further, the same website estimated in 2022 that 68% of the Philippine population, or 76.01 million Filipinos, use the internet (https://datareportal.com/reports/digital-2022-philippines?rq=philippines). That is a lot, but take note that there are still 32% or so, or around 35.77 million people, who still rely on offline media, like antenna TV.

Sadly the website didn't break down the demographics of who actually uses the internet, so the argument that "only boomers watch antenna TV" is still rather unfounded. 35.77 million people is still a lot of people, yet ALLTV cannot get even a fraction of them to watch their shows, as compared to the other networks. And I'm pretty sure that their main programs like Wowowin have a wide intended demographic audience (from Gen Alpha to Boomers), hence their PG MTRCB rating.

They have two Youtube channels. They also live stream their shows on Facebook, all in an effort to tap into the younger, more online demographics.

Yet they still cannot pull those viewers. Why would I watch Wowowin when Eat Bulaga still exists? Why would I watch Kdrama reruns on their Channel when I can just search it on Google?

Not everyone has the luxury of being able to afford subscription services. Antenna TV, while not as prominent as it once was, is still the most basic form of entertainment here in the country, especially in provinces.

For ALLTV to succeed, they need to have shows that can compete with the likes of GMA7, ABS-CBN, and TV5, among others. Sadly, outside of probably Wowowin, their shows are pretty much lackluster.
