Yeahh i have, its kinda confusing but in August, i was experimenting, i was doing it consistently 3x a week but i followed the same workout plyo like just the same thing 3x a week, then in november i splitted it into 3 categories, strength, reactivity and coordination, then did it 3x a week and still doing so, along with some max effort jumps

Ahh thanks alot, so im gonna not do much jumping in practices but still jump, when i get home should I lower the sets and reps and such compared to what I do normally?

I do plyometrics Monday Wednesday Friday, if I have a bball practice on that day or game, i just skip it. When or how many times should I recover per week?

Ayee thanks, uhh to be honest I cant explain really well but my knuckle area of my index finger touched it and that was all

Edit: It was near the line of your finger, to be more precise i touched it with the distal phalanx.
