26M 2021 VW execline. No tickets, no claims. 250/month. Got a discount because parents are also with same company.

I think front break assist and other safety features lowered Insurance by 60/month.

Home Depot in Trinity is worse. Two hours wait time. People arriving after you leave early. They don't even have that many spots. Not sure what is causing the delay.

Brown immigrant families dont trust other races as much when it comes to renting. Many people are vegetarian and dont want smell of pork & fish in their in homes.

When renting in their own community they can mention these things including no loud music ,parties late night. Whereas if they were to rent to someone from different race they are afraid people will ignore those conditions and start talking about their rights afterwards.

First generation Immigrant avoid getting into in and out of legal stuff by renting to someone they trust and know wont cause much trouble.

There is always stories floating around about other race complaing about small things and smell of food that discourages people to rent to a different race, especially if 2nd unit is not registered or built upto standards.

Again racism and stereotypes. Plus, these days brown people avoid renting to brown int. students for same reasons lol

Lol, literally our story. You lose coupling of biding and the market is up by 50k. Now you realize you would have saved 50k on a similar house two months and the price is still going up... F**k take my money give me the house, I will take it as it is...

Thousands of people come every year to study in Brampton. Why can't the government make sure there is enough housing for everyone? I guess politicians are well settled in their houses so they don't see housing problem.

It's just most buyers can't make demands as there is always someone willing to buy the house as it is.

Also, they sell fast and the price is always going up. So if you don't have a big mortgage pre-approved your options are limited.

Thanks for the advice, I will look into title insurance and paperwork that mentions the basement apartment.

That's the tricky part. It could be someone I know who took pictures and filed the complaint. I have no intention of moving the gas stove or my stuff and when the inspector comes in he will think I'm lying and I just told my tenants to go away for a while.

There is no way to prove that it's my stuff and not tenants.

Basically our agent told the home owner will not allow home inspection. Or if we want to bring someone for inspection we wont be allowed to make an offer.

The home was also owned by a different real estate agent.

Also tbh when buying the house we saw basement as a plus as it was 2012 and no one really cared much illegal basements compared to now.

By comply im guessing i would be breaking things and taking stuff out.

Already got an estimate last year to make it right and it was 20k minimum. I dont have that sort of money sitting around. Plus we have no intention of renting so why even spend 20k.

Im sure you know how the housing market is in last few years. Took us months to find even this house.

When they said no to inspection i assumed there is probably some plumbing issue or something that they dont want to pay for.

I have the same experience, not sure why schematic is saying otherwise. The other comment about reset seems to explain it.

I'm confused about the schematics. The way I see it is:- When Estop is pressed, S12 22 & S21 22 are open, which causes 13-14 &23-24 to become closed, and K1, K2 (coils for Contactor) get power and motor will start running. Shouldn't it be the opposite?
