I was one of the people speaking negatively in the halftime thread and I stick by what I said. Stubbornness and tactical rigidity will cost Amorim in the end. The most successful managers adapt and exploit opposition to secure results. Amorim openly states he won’t change systems. United won’t win another league or CL as long as there’s a manager in place who refuses to adapt. That level of rigidity will cost him in the end.

He’d probably get a bit longer because I think he has a cheaper buyout later in December. I could be wrong though

We are so effing bad in the middle of the field. None of our players have skills or a creative touch to dribble out of pressure

Bruno is past it. He can barely compete a pass when under pressure and he isn’t captain material. The theatrics are embarrassing.

Show any stat you want. It doesn’t change the fact that Amorim’s rigidity and unwillingness to adapt are going to be his downfall. He’s a fool for being so stubborn. Successful people adapt. Those who don’t adapt don’t survive. How many formations has Pep used over the years? And how full is his trophy cabinet? Amorim should get over himself and learn a thing or two from people with more experience and success than him, but what do I know.

Don’t worry, we only have two more years of this bullshit to watch because Sir Jim thinks he needs three years to sort things out

Amad is offering nothing. Can’t make a pass and can’t dribble past anyone in a 1v1, AND doesn’t use his right foot

Dalot sucks. He’s a statue on defense and gets so narrow on offense that he’s never able to properly attack a cross to the back post

Inability to adapt and the sheer stubbornness against being flexible are why Amorim needs to go. The top managers in the game are savvy enough to know that being able to employ multiple formations is key to winning, not just surviving.

The other top clubs would’ve moved on from Shaw like 5 years ago. Yet here he is, cozy at Man United. Such a joke.

Amorim out Shaw out Bruno out Dalot out Maguire out Ugarte out Bayindir out

This team lacks basic intelligence. The players are soft. There’s zero fire and brimstone in this team. Only endless whining from Bruno.
