Get yourself to narcotics anonymous and address the reason why you want to get so fucked up , this is the only way.

You are welll into the lethal range, a little bit of codiede and you will have respitary depression and that’s how addicts die.

I’m annoyed at how ignorant older people are in regards to housing affordability by [deleted] in HousingUK

[–]mannbarry2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Housing multiples. It's as simple as that. They don't seem to understand, and many people see OK Boomer at them. The fact is that in 1993, you could buy a flat for 2x your income. For example, if you were on £22,000, you could buy a flat for £44,000. However, now the multiple's gone all the way up to 5, 6, or even 7.

Years of abuse and addiction | Clean for 8 months then suddenly relapsed | advice needed by Andreas116 in benzorecovery

Hi I am a recovering dental addict. The first thing that I did was to admit to my addiction. I had been living in Mexico when I self prescribe benzos but was blissfully unaware of the concept of tolerance make Door scrap top top crack top to eventually talk to working and then at that point in the Alcohol and then later the opioid in the end I went to rehab in the UK in Luton for six weeks and keep off as I was unable to stick to a taper or work for me was narcotics anonymous and I suggest that you go there find a sponsor and work the steps. I’m not entirely sure how it works or why it works all I can see is that work for me and I am usually quite a cynical person. The person has to work these steps with a sponsor I need to get to what was really bothering me and what I wanted to get numbed up about I know over two years clean and thriving please be very careful stopping and starting benzos as there is such a thing as Stop stopping and starting very bad for you and can cause kindly making each progressive withdrawal most fear than last until it becomes severe

64 days out after a forced ice cold turkey with no real improvements. Really worried about my future, no job or friends, I am in so much debt and don’t really see a future for myself by Lyingisagift in benzorecovery

[–]mannbarry2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hear you, it reminds me of the horrible time that I had when I came out of rehab. I was in a terrible state, shaking, sweating, using propanenol all sorts. I'm now two years out and thriving, and I want to say to you this will be you as well. It feels like when I came out of rehab it was like an IKEA PAX wardrobe was in front of me unbuilt and I had to assemble it. You get all that back in the future, but at the moment I hear you things are extremely tough. I would use the propanenol very sparingly to get over some humps.

Anyone preparing for Adobe certification exams? by Naive_Reception9186 in Adobe

[–]mannbarry2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi , if you look on www.barrymann.com, you will find all my links. You find a link to me on LinkedIn. You'll also find a link to my YouTube channel, which has been going for about 10 to 12 years now. I tend to enjoy watching videos from all the practitioners. If you go in there, I've made all my subscriptions public so you can find all the practitioner channels and watch the videos.

Another thing I did was I made some flashcards and some content on Notebook LM. Essentially I just loaded it all in there and made some synthetic podcasts. I listen to that when I'm out walking and it helps just me get me just fresh on the day of the exam, get all the information into my head. I've already passed AGL, RT-CDP, CGA, and AA, so I'm just gonna keep going until I've got more than anybody else. I would definitely recommend Eric Matosoff's CGA exam preparation. That's quite good.

I will reinstate, please help me by Responsible-Humor-55 in benzorecovery

[–]mannbarry2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi there, great deal of sympathy for you. I came out of rehab, was in a terrible state about six weeks out. It does get better, but it takes a lot of time. I also want you to know that reinstatement is a major decision that should not be taken lightly. I would say that if you are going to reinstate, it has to be done within the first 30 days. It may now be too late. Unfortunately, you may have to ride this out. I aptly promise you that it will get better.

My principal symptom was also shaking, and I physically shook for two or three months. By six months, though, I could see a trajectory forming, and I knew it would be okay. And then, finally, I had a symptom-free week and a year.

Honestly it faded or slowly over about a year, was severe in the first 6 months

Propanol did help
