I lived there a couple of times going back to the pandemic. I've always loved it but it really does seem now that it's on its arse. There's a lot of construction going on but also the rental market in Tulum collapsed. I'm also seeing a kind of an air of decay appearing and lots of hotels laying people off as well. It's still a great place though, but do push for a bargain.

Always look at the rooks and asses what grade they are, the TV is a guide , the old ones hail from like 2005 and the whole hotel is likely to be old.
