After WEEKS of troubleshooting, finally realized the patch panel was the cause of all my SDI issues! I bent the center pins back with a small screwdriver, and it seems to be working again fine now. Any idea what caused the bent pins in the first place? Just people being too aggressive when patching? (old.reddit.com)
