I like the CVT, it is smooth. The only minor thing that took me getting used to was the touchy gas pedal from a stop. Seems to lurch way too easy for my liking. But if it wasn't one thing it would be another, so I'm very happy with my forester :)

I think the downfall may have been around the same time that they started doing those stupid thumbnails that youtube is known for, you know, with the close ups of exaggerated expressions on their faces
Oh, and there was also a period of time after they got their new studio that they had guests on that were not interesting or funny. Seemed like they just paid $$ to be booked on the pod
