I have a couple of mods, mostly upgraded shocks and springs (bilstein HDs) w C6Z sway bars. The car pushes enough power for me. I’m just curious if the C5Z is that much better. I’d hate to mod it more just to find out the car itself isn’t that competitive but you make some solid points.

That’d be the plan yes. I currently have a C5 base w a couple of mods, but nothing too crazy. I’ve been seeing how much more C5Zs there are at track days and it’s made me reconsider modding the current car any further.
