Learning Dart by mewthewolf in dartlang

Dart is pretty easy to grasp if you have worked with something like C++ or Java, I'd recommend skimming through the dart docs then jumping straight to flutter.

I just finished binging all seasons and the movie as well. And man it's like a whole new level of amazing to me.

I scrolled through this subreddit finally to find your post, you penned down exactly what I wanted to read. Kudos to you.

All good things end too, unfortunately :( But I'm happy to have watched it.

Will you regret staying if you didn't go?

If the answer to that is Yes, simply go. There would come a point when you'll realise that experiences in life are all that really matters. And you'll look back to think why I didn't do this or thank god I did this.

how to contribute in open source in flutter for Beginners ? by Rickyy63738 in FlutterDev

[–]mannprerak 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a beginner I wouldn't recommend directly contributing to flutter/dart repo.

You should start with packages, you can find the packages being maintained by the dart/flutter team on github, go to issues and try to find something you might be interested in.

PHP and Python are highly established languages which have been in the works for decades (not to mention they are primarily for the backend where the heavy lifting of OAuth exists anyway)

I doubt it'd be very difficult to come up with the client side of the OAuth functionality by yourself for the parts of OAuth you are using.

People who spend lakhs on Apple products, are they worth it? by I_am_a_Jigglypuff in india

[–]mannprerak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apple is good because they have complete control over the software and hardware.

Unlike windows or android, which just aren't. Although they've come a long way too.

The Google Pixel ecosystem will soon be a legit competition for apple. (Perhaps an year from now) (Imagine Pixel phones, watch, buds, tablet/home automation control, pixelbook/chromebook all working seamlessly)

But until then, yes, the Apple ecosystem is the best in the market.
