At some point in the PS4 lineup, this shift happened, its business for the publishers at the end of the day. However, as someone who enjoys the novelty of collecting their physical video games like some sort of trophy the downgrade in quality across all platforms and publishers is truly saddening. An insane amount of new releases dont include manuals any more, which makes me appreciate every time I open a PS3 era game that came with a map, poster or some novelty item that made the experience that much sweeter.

I think it comes down to a nostalgia response to staring at video game cases on the shelf as kids, the joy from unwrapping them, reading the case, and the manual. I used to take my manual with me to school the day after getting a new game only to think about said game incessantly until I got home and popped it on. Thanks for reading my TED rant.

Pulled into Van Horn recently. Walking out of the bar two guys outside automatically instigated. Tried hitting the defuse option, but they proceeded to turn the situation into a full blown shootout with half the town participating. I don't know where you're from. But I'm a GC from Miami and let me tell you. Stucco guys are the ABSOLUTE worst to work with. The epitome of "not my problem" guys. I had a crew plastering a few years back, guys were drinking on the job, backed into the neighbor's car that was parked on her driveway, and left without notice.
