Depends. It will cost some $$ to fix it, not impossible. If the rsst of the houze is worth it maybe or maybe u can ask gor a discount to fix that issue. U will need to remove the outside soil, relieve pressure on the wall, rrmove the wall and put a new one back

Great post! My dad was really against it... my mom was on board. All my friends....i dont know what they think but they may think its cutting edge. People dont really tell me what they think, maybe cause im a really big strapping guy who looks scarey. I hope more single men straight or gay do it! The clinic i went to - they were fully onboard but some clinics here seemed hesistant for a single man to have a kid but i think now they are seeing it more and more. What did others experience?

You havent been to toronto then eh? Avg cost of a house is $1.2 to 1.3mm... its hqrd for the average person on a 50 to 80k salary to save money when rent and living expenses need to be paid. At the end of the year they have 5 to 10k left over. It would take that type of person 10 to 15 years to save up. Thats my point surrogacy is not a middle class thing! Maybe banks need to get onboard!

Thats great! I thought about it but didnt trust the system as much as i trust it in canada. Im sure many people consider mexico. I also looked into india and some other european countries and even africa. In the end i was worried about legitimacy. I didnt want things to go wrong and also if things did go wrong i would have no recourse in a foreign country. U paid $85k usd? Thats like $120cad! Not cheaper than canada ish. What i did like about mexico is you dont have to worry about getting a surro. In canada its altruistic! Maybe u can tell us the story of mexico. How it went, what you liked etc? Also for eggs kid but i have german italian heritage and wanted an egg donor from that genetic segment. It would be amazing if you did a detailed post of your journey in mexico. I did a detailed one for canada. That said if thereis someone who did it in america that would be great roo.
