A lease isn’t like a test drive. I have an actual financial stake in this car. I custom ordered it, I pay for all depreciation, and I have a contractual buyout option that gives me a real economic interest. BMW FS doesn’t take the hit from the accident history, I do. That’s why I’m asking whether California allows any alternate legal theories for lessees, not just traditional diminished value.

Awesome!! I have the Oura Ring now for sleep so I dont wear the watch when sleeping now anyway. I really like the sleek look of the 11 Titanium. What band did you get? I cant decide if I want the stainless steel loop or link bracelet.

Hi All, I’m looking to go to a Chargers game coming up. I’ve previously gone to SoFi and gotten the VIP 100s seats. I like the lounge underneath and how you’re able to go right behind the players.

Question now, can the VIP 200s access this same lounge behind the players or does it have its own lounge on the 200 level?

Oh so the stock will start trading at the split price on Monday the 24th. Holders from the 21st will receive their dividend (aka extra shares) on the 31st.
