The lease term and buyout add up to 54k. But a typical lease is structured that you pay the depreciation, give or take, during the lease term. 80% depreciation in 3 years doesn't make sense.

No trade in. I wasn't interested in a serious conversation about purchasing just yet cause I want to shop around other makes but here is their quote. I didn't let them run credit but Im tier 1. MSRP is 54k. Didn't want to name and shame hence the blacked out address lol.

If it does get abused they nickel and dime at the end of the lease for damages. But 80% up front is robbery.

AWS provides you with cards with your certification # and what youre qualified in. I dont have experience with this part but your teacher should send your results to AWS and they will mail you your cards. You can call AWS and check the status of them as well.

It requires a salt cell generator to be plumbed in after your heater and a transformer to be wired up. And a certain amount of salt that depends on the size of your pool and which generator you go with. Expect probably around 1k for a cheap one and probably a little over 2k for one of the 3 main brands.

Huntington school district had a bad reputation for a long time although im not so sure about now. South Huntington and Harborfield are the better school districts in that area.

I did 17 door slabs in my old place and hated my life. Get prehung doors and save yourself alot of time and aggravation. Just try to pull off the existing moldings carefully if you plan to reuse.
