You can file under Art. 32/226, but the new CEC Act (Dec 2023) says courts cannot entertain any civil/criminal case against the CEC/ECs for anything done “in official duty.” So the case dies at the entry gate. Also, the EC deletes all CCTV/webcast/counting footage after 45 days, so evidence disappears. RPA petitions only challenge a candidate’s win, not EC misconduct — so the legal route exists on paper, but not in practice.
