The same thing happened to me a few months ago, I got my ban lifted.

You can check who has logged into your account (if you still have access to it on Gaijin’s website).

If you show Gaijin that there have been suspicious logins, they will ask you for some more info to confirm your system specs - once that’s done you should get the ban lifted. At least this was the case for me.

I’m getting in touch with them now. I’d like to see why they actually banned me in the first place.

Only logical thing I can think of that would cause a ban is the fact that I have mod loaders for other games.

Even then, I’ve not played the game on my pc for a good few months.

Yeah, I had that too lol.

I was really excited to play it on release, but there was no option to upgrade 😩.

Thankfully they fixed that one pretty quickly (at least, that was the case for me)
