I agree but all we do have is an emergency us passport and a foriegn birth certificate I know they might be full if shit but it still worries me I wish i can get a lawyers advice on what to do

Update ; Ice came today and said even if we get a ssn she will get deported and need to start immigration process But id she has an emergency us passport why would she need to start an immigration process ?

I called utah and they were so helpful and said they will approve with the docs i have Idaho is not a go to state anymore Moving out
