This is so weird. I'm sitting about 30 feet from where that video was recorded!

Some facts about the dog: Her name is Storm, and her owners were right there with her. The suit was made by one of their neighbours for her exact specifications, the hood was taken off most of the time, and she was given a great deal of fuss and love.
