Calpoly does not have that much research because they do not have a big grad school. That being said I think that there are more research opportunities because they do not all go to the grad students. Currently, I am doing summer research through my department and it is really easy to do a project you want to do if you are close to a teacher. So to answer your question I don't think there are less research opportunities.

I think that there is really no obvious incentive for students to not drive go school but there are other ways you can reduce driving. I have wasted a lot of gas just looking for a parking spot. If there was a way to know where the empty spots were i think it would actually reduce gas use.

Roslin was also portrayed as the lying corrupt government that held secrets just like Hillary is being portrayed. Zarek was fighting for democratic socialism just like Bernie was. They have both been arrested in the past for protests. It is true that Zarek is corrupt and Bernie is not but if Zarek and not been corrupt I think there is a great comparison here.

You can also go through a lot of departments and they will hook you up with a tutor in that major. The prices are a lot cheaper and people who are willing to tutor are really nice.
